We have just been informed that there is going to be emergency power work performed by the Facilities Management group in the SPH building which will affect the datacenter that houses the JHPCE cluster. This work is planned to start on the evening of Saturday, November 22 and will continue into Sunday morning. In order to prepare for this power work, the JHPCE cluster will be shutdown starting at Noon on Saturday. We expect that the cluster will be available again by 6:00 PM on Sunday evening, and we will provide a status update on Sunday evening.
During this work, the JHPCE cluster will be taken down completely, and all jobs will need to be terminated. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any questions.
